摘要
从土壤样品中筛选、分离得到一株能拮抗荔枝霜疫霉的链霉菌。从此拮抗菌株的发酵液中分离得到了两个活性成分 ,经光谱分析 ,两个活性化合物分别鉴定为LeptomycinA和LeptomycinB。运用核磁共振技术 ( 1H 1HCOSY、13 C 1HCOSY和HMBC) ,正确地归属了两个化合物的碳谱数据。两个化合物对荔枝霜疫霉均显示出较强的抑制作用。
A strain of Streptomyces sp.SC120 which possessed strong inhibitory activity against Peronophythora litchii was isolated. Two active compounds were isolated from the fermentation broth, and their structures were identified to be leptomycins A and B, respectively.By spectral analyses on 2D NMR ( 1H- 1H COSY, 13 C- 1H COSY and HMBC) data,the 13 C-NMR signals for both compounds were unambiguously assigned.
