摘要
采用有限元法计算了不锈钢板坯在连铸时凝固过程中温度场及坯壳的生长随时间的变化 讨论了过热度、拉速及二冷配水量对温度场及凝固末端位置的影响 结果表明 ,影响铸坯温度场和凝固末端位置的主要因素是拉速和二冷配水 。
FEM is employed in the calculations of the shell growth and temperature field during continuous casting of stainless steel slab.Influences of superheat,casting speed and secondary cooling zone on the metallurgical length are analyzed.It shows that the casting speed and secondary cooling are the main factors influencing the metallurgical length and the influence of superheat is not significant.
