摘要
以辊锻模具为对象开发的三维CAD专用软件VeraCAD能够自动生成辊锻毛坯图 ,优化辊锻工艺过程 ,反求原始毛坯及中间道次的坯料形状及尺寸 ,最终生成模具三维型腔或电极NC加工数据文件 ,绘制二维模具图纸。
VeraCAD, a 3D_CAD software special for the design of the reducer roller tools, was successfully developed. It has the functions of automatically generating the geometrical drawing for the rolling blank, optimizing the rolling process, reversely deducing shapes and dimensions of the original blank and the blank at each rolling operation, and finally producing the 3D cavity of the tool or the electrode NC processing data files and working out the 2D drawing for the tool.
