RP-HPLC法测定固天泉胶囊中人参皂苷Rg_1的含量

Content Determination of Ginsenoside Rg_1 in Gutianquan Capsule by RP-HPLC

目的:通过对人参皂苷Rg_1的定性和定量的检测来控制固天泉胶囊的质量。方法:RP-HPLC法。以人参皂苷Rg_1为指标,测定固天泉胶囊中人参皂苷Rg_1的含量。采用Eclipse XDB-C_8柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.5％磷酸水溶液(20:80),流速:1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长:205nm,柱温:40℃。平均加样回收率为95.6％,RSD=3.1％(n=5)。结论:用本法测定固天泉胶囊中人参皂苷Rg_1的含量,操作简便,结果准确。

Objective:To determine the content of ginsenosid Rg1 in Gutianquan capsule by RP-HPLC. METHOD: The ginsenoside Rg1 in the Gutianquan capsule was determined as an index by RP-HPLC, and Eclipse XDB-C8 column (5 μm, 4.6 mm×150 mm)was used. The mobil phase was acetonnitrile-0.5 % phosphoric acid solution(20:80); flow rate was 1.0 ml .min-1; column temperature was 40℃ ; The detecting wavelength was 205 nm. The average recovery was 95.61 % , RSD = 3.10% (n = 5). CONCLUSION: This method is convenient and exact for determining the content of ginsenoside Rgi in the Gutianquan capsule.
