摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定注射用美洛西林钠的含量。方法:以0.025mol·L^(-1)磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH值至3.0)-乙腈(80:20)为流动相,在C_(18)柱上测定美洛西林钠的含量,检测波长为220nm。结果:在50~400μg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内,线性良好(r=0.9999,n=8)。平均回收率99.4%,RSD=0.2%(n=5)。结论:本法快速、准确、重现性高。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of mezlocillin sodium for injection. Method: mezlocillin sodium was determined on C18 column with a mobile phase 0.025 mol/L phosphoric acid (pH was adjusted to 3.0 by tri-ethlamine)-acetonitrile (80:20) and detected at 220 nm. Result:The linear correlation was in a range of 50-400 ug/ml. r = 0.9999 ( n = 8). The average recovery was 99.4% , RSD = 0.22% (n=5). Conclusion: A rapid, accurate and reproducible HPLC method for the content determination of mezlocillin sodium has been established.
