大青叶体外抑菌作用研究

The in vitro Growth Inhibition Effect of Isatis indigotica Fort. (IIF) on Bacteria

目的 :探讨大青叶体外抑菌作用。方法 :用 K- B纸片扩散法 10 0 %大青叶浸出液滤纸片对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌抑菌作用进行了研究。结果 :大青叶对以上细菌均有明显抑菌作用。结论

Objective:To research on the in vitro growth inhibition effect of IIF on bacteria. Methods:K-B paper dispersion method was used and observed the inhibition effect of circular filter paper pieces of IIF on Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albicans, a-hemolytic streptpccus, β-hemolytic streptpccus. Results:It had obvious effect of growth inhibition on bacteria.Conclusion:IIF has significant in vitro effect of growth inhibition on bacteria.
