MMP-9和TIMP-1表达失衡与乳腺癌浸润、转移的相关性 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究乳腺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶 (MMP- 9)和金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子 (TIMP- 1)的表达变化与乳腺癌生物学行为及淋巴结转移的关系。 方法 应用 SP免疫组织化学方法检测 85例乳腺癌组织 MMP- 9、TIMP- 1及细胞增殖核抗原 ki- 6 7的表达情况。 结果  MMP- 9阳性染色率 90 .5 9% ,MMP- 9阳性表达与肿瘤浸润、淋巴结转移、ki- 6 7指数及 TNM分期呈正相关 (Pearson列联系数分别为 P=0 .0 3,P=0 .0 2 ,P=0 .0 0 4和 P=0 .0 0 0 ,P<0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1)。 TIMP- 1阳性染色率为 78.82 % ,TIMP- 1阳性表达与肿瘤浸润、淋巴结转移及 TNM分期呈负相关 (Pearson列联系数分别为 P=0 .0 1,P=0 .0 3,P=0 .0 2 ,P<0 .0 5 )。MMP- 9和 TIMP- 1联合表达与乳腺癌浸润、转移及 ki- 6 7指数显著相关 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 0 1)。 结论  MMP- 9和 TIMP- 1表达失衡与乳腺癌浸润及淋巴结转移密切相关。 Objective To study the correlation between expression of matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP 9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 1(TIMP 1) and biology behavior and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer. Methods Expression of MMP 9, TIMP 1 and ki 67 were detected with SP immunohistochemical method in 85 patients. Results The positive rate of MMP 9 expression is 90 50%. The expression of MMP 9 is positively related to the tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis, index of ki 67 and TNM staging(Pearson contingency coefficient P=0 03, P=0 02, P=0 000, P<0 05, 0 01, respectively). The positive rate of TIMP 1 expression is 78 82%. A significant negative correlation was found between TIMP 1 expression and tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging(Pearson contingency coefficient P=0 01, P=0 03, P=0 02, P<0 05). Overexpression of MMP 9 and low expression of TIMP 9 were remarkably related to tumor invasion, metastasis and index of ki 67(P<0 05, P<0 01, P<0 001). Conclusion The expression imbalance between MMP 9 and TIMP 1 are related to tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer.
