摘要
目的 研究羧甲基壳聚糖 - Cu2 +配合物对过氧化氢分解的催化性能及影响因素。 方法 利用水溶性的羧甲基壳聚糖 (CMCS)在水溶液中与 Cu2 +形成 CMCS- Cu2 +配合物 ,并加入过氧化氢 ,在不同的 p H条件下放置 ,分别在不同时间取样用滴定法测定 H2 O2 的分解率。 结果 室温 (2 5℃ )下用 0 .6 % CMCS与 0 .12 % Cu Cl2 制备的 CMCS- Cu2 +配合物 ,在体系 p H为 4.0时 12 h对 6 % H2 O2 的分解率达 93.9% ,在体系 p H为 7.2时 6 h对 6 %H2 O2 的分解率达 92 .8% ,表现较强的催化活性。 结论 羧甲基壳聚糖 - Cu2 +配合物对过氧化氢分解有催化作用。
Objective To study the catalytic capability of carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS) Cu 2+ complex for decomposition of H 2O 2 and its influencing factors. Methods CMCS Cu 2+ complex was prepared by the reaction of CMCS with CuCl 2 in aqueous solution, then H 2O 2 added into the solution. The concentration of H 2O 2 was determined by titrimetric analysis after defferent times, the rate of decomposition of H 2O 2 was obtained in various conditions. Results Strong catalytic capacility was obtained with a solution containing 0.6%CMCS and 0.12%CuCl 2 at room temperature 25 ℃, the rate of 6%H 2O 2 decomposition after 12 h was 93.9% with pH 4.0 and after 6 h was 92.8% with pH 7.2. Conclusion The complex of CMCS Cu 2+ showed good catalytic capability for decomposition of H 2O 2.
