摘要
目的 :研究维生素 B1 2 滴鼻剂中维生素 B1 2 原料及附加剂—— 4种鼻粘膜吸收促进剂、4种高分子材料、2种防腐剂及 2种等渗剂对鼻粘膜纤毛运动的影响。方法 :在体蟾蜍上腭模型法。结果 :维生素 B1 2 原料、 1%PVP溶液、1% HPMC溶液、0 .8% MC溶液、0 .0 5 % CP溶液、0 .0 1%新洁尔灭溶液、0 .0 5 % EDTA溶液、2 .5 6%甘油溶液、5 .3 %甘露醇溶液、2 %β-环糊精混悬液对纤毛运动均无明显影响 ;1.8%氮酮混悬液、5 %吐温 -80溶液、枸橼酸盐缓冲液对纤毛运动有一定影响。结论 :维生素 B1 2
AIM The purpose is to study the effection of ciliotoxicity for VB 12 , 4 nasal absorption promoters, 4 high molecular materials, and 2 antiseptics, and 2 osmotic reagents. METHODS Ciliary movement was evaluated with in situ toad palate model. 0.5 ml of test drug solution was applied to the upper palate of toad for 30 min, and rinsed with physiological saline. The palate was dissected out and the mucocilia were examined with an optical microscope and the lasting time of ciliary movement was recorded. RESULTS 0.5% Vitamin B 12 , 1% PVP solution,1% hypromellose solution,0.8% methylcellulose solution,0.05% carbopol solution,2% β cyclodextrin suspension,0.01% benzalkonium bromide,0.05% EDTA,2.56% glycerol,and 5.2% mannitol have not obviously effected on ciliary movement; while 1.8% laurocapram suspension, and citrate buffer solution (pH 5.0), 5% polysorbate solution have some effect on ciliary movement. CONCLUSION VB 12 and suitable excipients for intranasal administration were available.
