丹参HPLC指纹图谱的研究

Studies on the HPLC Fingerprinting of Danshen Crude Drugs

目的 :采用高效液相色谱法建立丹参药材的指纹图谱。方法 :以 Alltech C1 8(4 .6mm× 2 5 0 mm ,5μ)为色谱柱 ,1%冰醋酸水溶液和 1%冰醋酸甲醇溶液采用梯度洗脱 ,流速 1.0 ml/ min,检测波长 2 81nm。结果 :精密度和重复性试验中各共有峰相对峰面积的 RSD均小于 5 % ,符合有关规定。结论 :本方法可作为控制丹参药材内在质量的标准。

AIM The purpose is to study on the HPLC fingerprinting of Danshen crude drugs. METHODS The measurement conditions used are as follows:Alltech ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column; mobile phase: 1% acetic acid water and 1% acetic acid methanol, gradient elute; flow rate: 1.0 ml/min; wavelength: 281 nm. RESULTS The RSD of precision and reproducibility didn′t reach 5%. CONCLUSION\ The method can be used for quality control of Danshen crude drugs.
