摘要 目的 :研究瑞香苷对高尿酸血症小鼠血清尿酸水平的影响。方法 :选择化学诱导剂氧嗪酸钾盐作为尿酸酶抑制剂 ,小鼠腹腔注射后造成高尿酸血症模型 ,采用磷钼酸还原法测定小鼠血清尿酸水平。结果 :腹腔注射瑞香苷 (5 0、10 0和 2 0 0 mg/ kg)能显著地减少高尿酸血症小鼠血清尿酸水平 ,具有一定的量效关系。瑞香苷10 0 mg/ kg剂量组作用时间可维持 5 h。瑞香苷在剂量为 2 0 0 mg/ kg时可降低正常小鼠血清尿酸水平。结论 AIM The purpose is to study hypouricemic effect of daphnin on serum uric acid level in hyperuricemic mice. METHODS The uricase inhibitor potassium oxonate was used to induce in \%in vivo\% model of hyperuricemia in mice. Serum uric acid level was determined by the phosphotungstic acid method. RESULTS Daphnin, when administered intraperitoneally to the oxonate induced hyperuricemic mice, was able to elicit dose dependent hypouricemic effects. At the dose of 100 mg/kg of daphnin or above, the serum uric acid level of the oxonate pretreated mice was marked decrease. Such hypericemic action in mice persisted for at least 5 h after daphnin administration.CONCLUSION Daphnin was shown to possess potent hypouricemic effects in hyperuricemic mice pretreated with oxonate.
