摘要
通过选择不同固溶、时效温度组合 ,对新型镁合金压铸用模具钢 (HDM钢 )的组织及性能和热处理工艺之间的关系进行了详细地探讨 ,确定出HDM钢最佳固溶时效热处理工艺为 (110 0± 10 )℃× 1h +(70 0 +10 )℃× 2h。
Choosing different solution temperature and ageing temperature,effects of heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of a new type of steel HDM for magnesium die casting have been studied in details.Based on these studies,a optimum heat treatment process was determined,which is solution-treated at 1100℃ for 1h and aged at 700℃ for 2h.
