摘要
简要介绍了渗氮机理及氮势控制技术 ,并在GN70 / 12 0型井式渗氮炉内进行了可控渗氮试验。结果表明 ,采用HydroNit氢探头能精确测量和控制炉内氮势 ,有效降低渗层氮浓度 ,减少表面白亮层厚度 ,满足高质量渗氮要求。
In this paper,the principle of nitriding and the technology of nitrogen potential control were introduced.The test of controllable atmosphere nitriding was done in a nitriding furnace(model:GN70/120).The results show that nitrogen potential in the furnace can be measured and controlled accurately with the aid of the'HydroNit'hydrogen sensor.So the nitrogen concentration of nitrided case can be depressed effectively,and the depth of white layer on the surface can also be reduced.A nitriding furnace with'HydroNit'hydrogen sensor can meet the requirement of high quality nitriding.
