摘要 本文研究了丰田COASTER客车中间 /突缘花键轴中频感应淬火工艺。试验表明 ,通过改进中频感应淬火工艺和革新感应器设计 ,可使工件表面硬度提高、硬化区范围分布合理、金相组织得到改善。从而 ,扭转强度从 30 0 0N·m~ 32 0 0N·m提高到 4 2 4 0N·m~ 4 6 0 0N·m ,增加 4 0 %以上 ,达到丰田公司 4 0 This paper deals with the M-F induction hardening process of the mid-ship/stub spline shaft on COASTER passenger car of TOYOTA Company.From improvements on M-F induction hardening process and innovation of inductor design,we have gotten higher surface layer hardness,more reasonable hardening area distribution,and better metallographical-microstructure.Therefore,the torsional strength was improved from 3000N.m~3200 N.m to 4240N.m~4600N.m,and the percentage was added more than 40%.That has met the torsional strength requirement of 4070N.m of TOYOTA Company.
