摘要
根据全息光弹实验结果得出的轧辊接触压力的分布规律 ,进而利用能量原理、轧压理论及厚壁筒理论对开口孔型、闭口孔型的轧辊接触压力进行了计算。理论计算和实验对比表明 ,水平辊的负荷在开口区比较小 ,而在闭口区、定径区则比较大。立辊的负荷与水平辊负荷分布相似 ,挤压辊受到的压力最大。
The roller contacting pressure distribution rule got from holographic photo elastic experience, and the roller contacting press ure of open pass and close pass are calculated by energy principle, rolling and press principle as well as the thick wall cylinder principle on the basis of the above result. The theoretic calculation and experiment states that the horizont al roller load is light at open pass area and heavy at the close pass and sizing area. The vertical roller load distribution is same as the horizontal roller, a nd the extrusion roller press is the highest.
