传统拆卷不具备备卷功能 ,工作过程中钢卷的上料、拆卷一次完成。探讨了传统主动托辊—双牌坊式拆卷机实现备卷功能的技术整改方案 ,经充分分析和比较 ,最终优选出适合本厂生产实际的备卷方式。

The traditional un coiler has no coil preparatio n function, and the coil loading and uncoiling process are conducted once. The t echnical reform to realize coil preparation function of the traditional initiati ve pulling roll double torii type un-coiler is discussed. Through analysis and comparison, the suitable coil preparation method is selected for the practical production.
