摘要
介绍了开发研制的中空玻璃铝骨架生产线的工艺布置、技术性能以及主要单机结构和参数。该生产线采用高速成型、高频焊接、高速切断的新工艺 ,克服了原生产工艺上诸多不利因素 ,改善了产品的品质 。
The process layout, technical properties and main equipment structure and it is parameters of the researched hollow glass aluminu m framework production line are introduced. The production line adopts high spee d forming, high frequency welding and high speed cutting process, solves the pre vious production disadvantage, and the product quality improved, meanwhile the p roduction efficiency increased.
