摘要
汽车排气管使用的 ERW不锈钢管 ,要求具有较高的耐高温、抗氧化性能 ,而且还要具备良好的二次加工性。辊式成形在成形过程中产生氧化物容易产生过烧缺陷 ,同时使用的润滑剂也降低了焊缝质量。日本川崎制铁研发出 CBR成形法解决了上述难题并生产出壁厚为 0 .6~ 0 .8mm外径为 42 .7mm特薄壁
s:The ERW stainless motor vent-pipe not only requires high anti-temperature and ant-oxidation property, but also requires the best reprocess ability. The over-burn defect is easy to produce during forming process of roller forming, and the weld quality reduced due to usage of lubricant. The CBR forming method developed by Kawasaki Steel Corp. solved this problem and produced W.T0.6-0.8mm, O.D.42.7mm thin wall ERW stainless pipe.
