摘要
研究了Mn在非合金奥贝球铁中的偏析行为。由于增加锰量使组织中的白亮区增多 ,导致非合金奥贝球铁的塑性和韧性显著下降 。
In this paper, the segregation of Mn in unalloyed austempered ductile iron (UADI ) was studied. Owing to increasing Mn content causes the amount of 'white bright zone'in UADI structure to increase, as a result, the plasticity and toughness of UADI markedly decreased. But Mn may increase the hardenability of UADI.
