摘要
研究了7075合金淬火温度、转移时间、停放时间、双级时效等因素与组织性能的关系,确定了7075-T7651厚板的生产制度:淬火温度为470℃,转移时间25s内,拉伸量1.5%~2.5%,淬火到时效的间隔时间24h内,双级时效制度为120℃5h+160℃18h,其中二级时效温度是影响板材综合性能的主要因素。
The relations of quenching temperature,transfer time,double aging with structure and properties of Alloy7075,are studied.The production institutions of7075-T7651plate are determined.The quenching temperature is470℃.The transfer time is within25seconds.The pre-stretching deformation is1.5%~2.5%.The interval time from quenching to aging is less than24h.The double aging institutions are at120℃for5h and160℃for18h.Among them,the second aging temperature is the primary factor to affect general properties of the plate.
