摘要
采用ARL -4 460型火花源光谱仪对钢中痕量硼的测定进行了探索和研究。结果表明 ,通过控制测定条件等手段 ,使硼的光谱背景保持稳定 ,就可获得良好的精度和准确度 ,完全能满足汽车用钢板等工艺生产要求。
