影响医院工作效率的因素研究

The impact factors on hospital efficiency

分析影响医院效率的因素 ,提出改善医院效率的建议。应用全国卫生服务调查和卫生机构调查的资料分析医院工作的效率。结果显示卫生人力增长 ,卫技人员素质低下 ,医疗费用上升超过物价上升幅度。群众接受卫生服务能力下降和医疗保障覆盖率下降是影响医院效率的主要因素。建议控制卫生人力过快增长和提高人员素质 。

This paper analysis the impact factors of hospitals efficiency proposed the policy suggestions for improving efficiency of health care. Data from household interview survey and health sector survey to analysis the efficiency of hospitals. Results show that Increase health workforce rapidly and the quality of health personnel declined, health expenditure increased and decline the coverage of health insurance are major factors caused inefficiency of health care. It is needed to control over employed health personnel and increase the coverage of health insurance,reduce the inflation of health expenditure are key strategies for improving efficiency of health care.
