摘要
目的 研究毒鼠强在三种 (极性、中等极性、非极性 )毛细管柱中的色谱行为 ,探索用三种毛细管柱在恒温和程序升温条件下测定毒鼠强的最佳条件。方法 火焰光度 -气相色谱法 (FPD -GC)。结果 在最佳条件下用三种毛细管柱测定毒鼠强标准品最低灵敏度分别达 6、10、12ng。
In order to study chromatography behavior in three capillary columns (polar, semi-polar and unpolar) for tetramine detection, flame photometry detector-gas chromatograph (FPD-GC) was applied. The optimum conditions for tetramine detection in three capillary columns were studied. Under the optimum conditions, the lowest sensitivity for standard tetramine samples detection in three capillary columns was 6, 10 and 12ng respectively. It proved that the method could meet routine detection of tetramine.
