大肠癌c-erbB-2表达与肿瘤生物学行为的关系

Relationships between expression of c-erbB-2 and tumor biologic behaviors in colorectal carcinoma

目的 探讨c -erbB - 2癌基因蛋白与大肠癌发展及预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学S -P法检测c -erbB - 2蛋白在大肠癌中的表达 ,分析其意义。结果 c -erbB - 2与大肠癌组织学分级 (P <0 0 5 )、临床分期及淋巴结转移密切相关 (P <0 0 1)。与大肠癌 3年生存率无明显关系。结论 c -erbB - 2可作为判断大肠癌分化状态和生物学行为的可靠指标 。

Objective To study the expression of c-erbB-2 protein in colorectal carcinomas.Methods Expression of c-erbB-2protein in 53 cases of colorectal carcinomas was examined with immunohistochemical S-P method.Results Expression of c-erbB-2 was found to be positively correlated to the degree of differentiation,the clinical staging and lymphnode metastasis of these colorectal carcinomas.Conclusion Examining the expression of c-erbB-2 may be available to estimate the patient's biological behavior.
