摘要
目的:探讨石英尘和二热电厂(甲厂、乙厂)锅炉灰粉对大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中乳酸脱氢酶活性、总蛋白和磷脂含量的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠分生理盐水组(对照组)、石英组、甲厂组和乙厂组,一次性气管内注入染尘,取BALF,分别用2,4-二硝基苯肼比色法、Folin-酚试剂法和钼蓝法测定乳酸脱氢酶活性、总蛋白和磷脂含量。结果:与对照组相比,石英组、甲厂组和乙厂组大鼠BALF乳酸脱氢酶活性和总蛋白含量明显增加(P <0.01),石英组、甲厂组磷脂的含量高于对照组(P< 0.01),而乙厂组与对照组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。甲厂组大鼠BALF乳酸脱氢酶活性和总蛋白、磷脂含量明显高于乙厂组(P < 0.01或 P < 0.05)。结论:在动物染尘早期,大鼠BALF中乳酸脱氢酶活性及总蛋白和磷脂含量的变化与粉尘的致病潜力一致。
Aim: To explore the different effects of quartz and boiler dusts from 2 thermal power stations (A and B)on the activity of lactate dehydrogenase, total protein, and phospholipid contents in rat bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF). Methods: Wistar rats were exposed to normal saline, quartz and 2 boiler dusts from 2 thermal power stations by a single trachea-instilled manner, and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase, total protein, and phosphlip-id contents were determined. Results: In comparison to rats inoculated with normal saline alone, the activity of lactate dehydrogenase and total proteins were significantly elevated in the groups exposed to quarz and the boiler dusts (P<0. 01). The phospholipid contents in the quartz group and the group exposed to the dust from station A were significantly higher than that of control (P<0. 01), but the group exposed to the dust from station B showed no significant difference (P>0. 05). The activity of lactate dehydrogenase, total protein, and phosphlipid contents in the group exposed to the dust from station A were significantly higher than that in the group exposed to the dust from station B (P < 0. 01 or 0. 05). Conclusion: In the early stage of dust-exposure, the elevated levels of total protein, phosphlipid contents, and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase was consistent with the degree of the known fi-brogenic potential of dusts.
