摘要 目的:探讨胃癌组织中CD44v6,增殖细胞抗核抗原(PCNA)的表达与胃癌侵袭性转移的关系以及预测胃癌淋巴结转移的价值。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法,62例原发性胃癌中CD44v6,PCNA表达与胃癌淋巴结转移的关系进行检测。结果:胃癌组织中CD44v6阳笥率为64.5%,PCNA阳性率为100%,其中弱阳性(Ⅰ-Ⅱ级)表达率为24.2%,强阳性(Ⅲ-Ⅳ)表达率为75.8%。随着肿瘤分化程度的降低,CD44v6,PCNA的表达增高;有淋巴结转移的病例中CD44v6的阳性经以及为75.8%。随着肿瘤分化程度的降低,CD44v6,PCNA的表达增高;有淋巴结转移的病例中CD44v6的阳性率以及PCNA的强阳性表达率显著高于未发生淋巴结转移者。结论:胃癌组织中CD44v6,PCNA的异常表达,可能是胃癌发生、发展的一个重要分子学改变,联合检测其结果有助于评估胃癌的浸润、淋巴结转移和预后。 Aim: To study the function of CD44v6 and PCNA in the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer and their value in estimating early lymphatic metastasis. Methods: Immunohistochemistry S-P was used to analyze the lymphatic metastasis of the expression of CD44v6 and PCNA in 62 cases of gastric cancer. Results: The positive rates of CD44v6 and PCNA were 64. 5% and 100% , respectively. For PCNA positive expression, the rates of weak (I-II grade) and strong (III-IV grade) positive reaction were 24. 2% and 75. 8% , respectively. The expressionsof CD44v6 and PCNA were higher in poorly differentiated cancer. The expression in cases with lymphatic metastasis was significiantly higher than that without. Conclusion: The high expression of CD44v6 and PCNA is of great value for the preoperative diagnosis of lymphatic metastasis in patients with gastric cancer.
