高海拔地区24小时动态脑电监测的检查结果对照及意义

摘要 目的:在高海拔地区(2260米)对30例癫痫病人行24小时动态脑电监测应用的观察。方法:使用CMS4000动态脑电系统,24导脑电图进行24小时动态脑电监测与静态脑电影像学结果对比观察,结果:30例中CMS4000动态脑电监测,25例异常,阳性率83%,静态脑电图异常6例,阳性率24%,前者显著高与后者(P<0.01)。影像学检查13例,其中10例有病变,与动态脑电监测相符合10例,相符率100%。结论:24小时脑电监测明显优于静态脑电图,与影像学检查相结合以进一步提高癫痫的诊断及定位。 Objectie: To observe the application of 24R dynamic brain electrical monitor on 30 patients with epilepsy in high elevation region (2260m). Methods: To observe the different results of 24h dynamic monitoring by CMS4000 dynamic brain electrical system and static 24 channel EEG and images separatly. Results: 25 cases are abnormal in 30cases monitored by CMS4000 dynamic brain electrical system, positive rate is 83%, 6 cases checked out by static EEG are abnormal, its positive rate is 24%, the former is obviously higher than the latter (P<0. 01). In 13 cases checked by imaging, 10 cases have pathological changes, it with the result of brain electrical monitoring is identical, the conformable rate is 100%. Conclysion: 24hdynamic brain electrical monitor is obvioysly better than static EEG, it combines with the imaging, they will improve the diagnosis and orientation of epilepsy further.
