摘要
采用完全随机试验设计研究不同种类、不同浓度的植物生长调节剂对新疆狗牙根种子生产性能的影响 ,结果表明 :各处理对种子产量的影响差异极显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;喷施 10 0× 10 - 6的2 ,4 -D花期叶层高度、生殖枝高度显著增加 ,分别达 10 .74cm和 2 8.0 5cm ,与对照相比提高2 7.4 0 %和 2 5 .34% ;喷施 5 0× 10 - 6的 2 ,4 -D种子产量最高 ,达 6 0 0 .5kg/hm2 ,增产 32 .6 4 %。
The influence of plant growth regulators, variety and concentration on seed yield of Xinjiang Bermudagrass was studied by a complete random design. The results indicated that seed yield of Xinjiang Bermudagrass was affected singnificantly by plant growth regulators, variety and concentration.Leaf and multiplying layer height of florescence notably increased by spraying 100×10 -6 2,4-D that reached 10.74cm, 28.05 cm,27.40 percent, 25.34 percent than CK, respectively. The highest seed yield was obtained in the treatment of 50×10 -6 2,4-D that reached 600.5 kg/hm\+2, 32.64 percent more than CK.
