摘要
科技处长应该首先是位科技管理专家。我国的科技管理专家队伍迄今尚未形成。当前 ,各院校的兼职、专职科技处长们要自觉认清本身的利弊 。
The head of S&T division must,first of all,be an expert in S&T management. In China,the expert corps of S&T has not really been set up. At present,the full time or part time head of S&T division would be aware of his/her own advantages and disadvantages,striving for becoming an expert in S&T management.
