论高校合作创新过程中的有效机制

On Effective Mechanism in Co-innovation Course among High Institutions

随着高校合作创新的形式和数量的不断增加 ,合作创新过程出现矛盾和冲突 ,阻碍了合作创新的开展。本文提出高校在合作创新过程中建立一个利益、信用、整合、服务和约束等作用互为推动 。

With the increase of mode and number of co innovation in high institutions,many contradictions and conflicts are appeared in the co innovation course,and influence the development of co innovation. It puts forward a suggestion to establish effective mechanism,which may perform the role of mutual stimulation in benefit,credit,integration,service and restriction.
