摘要
本文从企业经营的一些复杂现象出发,讨论复杂系统所具有的一些典型特征,如突变与不可预测性、自组织性、均衡是死亡的急先锋、趋向混沌的边缘等,这些特性对管理者制定企业的经营战略具有指导性的作用。
Starting with the analysis of some complicated phenomena,we have discussed a few typical characteristics of complicated systems,for example'mutation','self-organizing','equilibrium is a precursor to death','moving toward the edge of chaos'etc.These characteristics are instructive to the managers when they make the strategic plans of enterprises.
