论四川发展外向型农业与农业结构的战略性调整

On the Development of Export-oriented Agriculture and the Strategic Adjustment of Agricultural Structure in Sichuan

一般地说,发展外向型农业可以有效地调整农业结构。目前,四川省的外向型农业处于起步阶段,但随着我国加入WTO,发展的大好机会来临了。为此,四川需要采取措施大力发展外向型农业,以更好地推进农业结构的调整。

Generally speaking,the development of export-oriented agriculture may help adjust the agricultural structure effectively.Although such an oriented agriculture in Sichuan province so far remains within the primary phase,the promising opportunity for the development is drawing near with China's entry into WTO.Therefore,Sichuan should take measures to further develop the export -oriented agriculture so as to push forward the adjustment of agricultural structure as well.
