湖北库区生态经济问题初探

A STUDY ON ECOLOGICAL ECONOMY PROBLEM OF HUBEI RESERVOIR CONUTRY

本文从理论和实践方面阐述了湖北库区建设的首要任务是生态建设,指出了在坚持生态效益与经济效益统一的原则下,应切实抓好的几项工作.同时,提出了依靠政策和科技增强库区经济活力,以建设湖北库区的一些意见.

The present paper explains that the first task in the reservoir country in Hubei province is to construct an ecological constitution on the theory and practice,and points out some feasible jobs on the principle of the combining ecological benefit with economic benefit.Also,it is suggestted that, in order to strengthen the economic living force,the construction of reservoir country in Hubei province should depend on the police, science and technology.
