An analysis of the theory of technology system

技术规则理论依托于现代西方行动者结构动力学 (agency -structuredynamics)社会学理论 ,它认为 :伴随技术地位的擢升 ,技术被用以评价行动的效率、优化选择 ,技术的需要和发展可以控制决策制定和组织结构 ,技术因而内化为理性社会行动的准则。现代知识社会的一个显著特征就是技术成为社会运转的潜在规则 ,它已演变成为一个具有深刻社会影响能力的优先。

Technology system is based on contemporary western sociological theory of agency-structure dynamics. This theory argures that in accordance with the enhancement of the stature of technology, technology is applied to appraise the effciency of action, optimize selection. The need for the development of technology can control the policy decision and organization structure, by means of which, technology has become a kind of potential system embedded in the rational society. Accordingly, a conspicuous feature of knowledge society is that technlogy acts as a latent system of social operation. So far, technology has turned into a primary and prior system exerting a tremendous influence on our society.
