本文从历史、现实和科学技术发展动力的角度论述了科学技术的研究、发展和应用要以人为本的观点 ,认为以人为本是科学技术的产生和发展的首要原因 ,人本主义是公众科技价值评价的根本标准 ,当科技与人本主义思想相背离时 ,必然遭到人文主义者的批判 。

This article discussed the viewpoint that the research, development and application of science and technology must take human for fundamentality from the history, the reality and the angle of science and technology development motive force. The article indicated that, taking human for fundamentality is the first importance reason of the occurrence and development of science and technology, and the humanism is the ultimate standard of public value appraisement to science and technology, when the science and technology with humanism thought each other deviates, the science and technology will be affirmatively animadverted by the humanist, and the science and technology taking human for fundamentality has become the human civilized base point.
