摘要
利用变频调速技术进行风机改造是节能降耗、改善系统性能的重要途径。针对风机的运行工况 ,分别对单台风机运行、多台并联和串联运行提出了效率最优控制策略。单台运行可解析地确定调速比 ,而串并联运行需建立优化模型 ,利用非线性规划求解模型来确定调速比。在建模时综合考虑了运算量和求解精度 ,具有较高的实用性。采用 MATLAB进行仿真实验 ,结果表明该方法是有效的。最后给出了实验结果及应用效果。
It is an important means of saving energy and improving system performance to apply the technology of variable frequency speed regulation in fans. This paper proposes the efficiency optimization control strategies for single fan operation, parallel and serial operation respectively based on operational situations. The regulating rate of speed is obtained by analytical mathematical equation in single fan operation. But for parallel and serial operation, the regulating rate can be obtained only through solving optimization models by nonlinear programming methods. The models are practical because computation and precision are taken into account comprehensively. They are compatible with the actual operation exactly and have satisfactory precision. Simulation results have proved their validity. The paper presents the experimental results and application at last. .
