基于可调卫燃带的燃煤锅炉炉膛热负荷的设计探讨

摘要 详细分析了提出可调卫燃带的技术背景及煤质负荷变化对炉膛的内在要求,简单介绍了可调卫燃带的热力学及物理模型,简要说明了可调卫燃带对锅炉主要性能的影响。最后,提出了炉膛及燃烧器区域有效壁面热负荷的概念,并据此分析了可调卫燃带对有效壁面热负荷的影响,提出了其选取的基本原则。 The background of movable heat-insulate layer is analyzed in detail. Next the inherent correlationof variation of coal quality and load fluctuation with furnace Struture is also analyzed. Then thethermodynamic & physical model of the movable heat-insulate layer and its effect on performances ofPC-fired boiler are introdueed. Finally, the concept of effective heat release rate qEB on waterwall in the zoneof burner is put forward and the principle of qEB choice for furnace design is also given.
