摘要
对预测控制算法的发展作了回顾,介绍了预测控制和其它控制方法的结合。分析了热工过程对象的特点以及传统PID控制存在的问题。总结了近年来预测控制在热工过程控制中的研究成果, 仿真研究和实际应用都有力地证明了预测控制可以应用到热工过程控制中去并能取得较好的控制品质。
This paper reviews the development of predintive control algorithm in retrospect, and introducesthe combination of predictive control and other control modes. It analyses the characteristics of thermalprocessing and problems of traditional PID control. It summarizes the research results that predictive controlapplied to thermal processing control in recent years. Both simulation research and practical application havepowerfully proved that predictive control can be applied to thermal processing .control and get better controlquality. Particularly with application of DCS, predictive control will play a more important role.
