摘要
目的 探讨丹参 (salvia miltiorrhiza bunge,SMB)对慢性低氧大鼠肺动脉压的急性治疗作用和血中羟脯氨酸 (hydrox-yproline,Hyp)含量的影响。方法 用右心导管法和氯胺 T氧化比色法检测正常和低氧 3周大鼠的血流动力学指标及血中羟脯氨酸含量 ,并观察从肺动脉注射不同剂量的丹参后上述各项指标的改变。结果 低氧 3周可引起大鼠肺动脉高压和血中羟脯氨酸含量增高 ,经肺动脉注射丹参后可明显降低已增高的肺动脉压力和增加心输出量及降低体动脉压 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,但对血中羟脯氨酸含量影响无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 丹参对慢性低氧大鼠的急性疗效可能与扩张肺血管和改善微循环有关。
Objective To investigate the acute effects of salvia miltiorrhiza bunge (SMB) on the pulmonary hypertension and the blood level of hydrozyproline (Hyp) in the rats with chronic hypoxia.Method Hemodynamic indexes of pulmonary circulation and the blood levels of Hyp in normal rats and rats with hypoxia for three weeks were measured with Swan Ganz and colorimetric method after oxidized by chloramin T. Changes of above mentioned indexes were observed by giving different doses of SMB injection into pulmonary artery.Results Rats with hypoxia for three weeks showed pulmonary artery hypertension and increased blood contents of Hyp. SMB injection into pulmonary artery of rats greatly reduced the pulmonary artery pressure and mean systemic arterial pressure, and increased the cardic output (CO), but it had no effect on the blood level of Hyp.(p>0.05).Conclusion The acute effects of SMB on the rats with chronic hypoxic pulmonary hypertension are related to its action on the dilation of pulmonary artery and improvement of lung's microcirculation.
