摘要
本文介绍了在聚乙烯醇存在下,罗丹明6G一磷钼杂多酸离子缔合物的荧光猝灭反应及其应用.研究了发生该反应的最佳条件以及磷量与荧光强度是线性关系的范围,试验了共存离子的影响.本法灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简便,拟定的方法用于铜合金,钢样和锰矿中痕量磷的测定,获得满意结果.
A new sensitive method has been developed for the trace determination of phosphorus based on the fluorometric quenching effect of Rh-odamine 6G due to the formation of an unfluorometric ion-association complex, Rhodamine 6G- Molybdophosphate. Rhodamine 6G has a maximum excitation wavelength of 350nm, and a maximum emission wavelength of 555nm. The calibration curve is rectilinear over the range of 0-0.5μg/25ml. The method has been used for determination of P(V) in copper alloy, steel sample and manganese ore with satisfactory results.
