矿业经济跨越式发展的辩证思考

The philosophization on the leap economic development of the mining industry

本文主要用辩证唯物主义的哲学观点来阐述矿业经济跨越式发展与矿产资源综合利用 ,以及在保护中开发、在开发中保护的关系。从时间、空间、不同角度上看 ,矿产资源综合利用 ,生态环境保护在矿业经济跨越式发展中 ,它是与矿业经济发展共存的事物 ,它是矿业经济跨越式发展中不可分割的一部分 ,是发展的有机整体 ,如果在矿业经济增长中只是盲目的以加大采掘量来实现经济的宏观增长 ,而忽视资源的综合利用 ,及生态环境保护 ,这种跨越是难以维继的 ,并会造成资源的大量浪费及生态环境的破坏。

In this paper, the comprehensive utilization of the leap economy development of the mining industry, including the development in the course of protection and the protection in the course of development, are discussed by using the philosophical thinking of the dialectical materialism.
