摘要
对两座坐落在承载力较低的基础上已出现不均匀沉降的居民楼 ,采用树根桩进行基础托换 ,使基础与树根桩联结为一整体 ,施工效果良好。施工中据原建筑物设置资料 ,在大楼轴线布设桩孔 ,下置钢筋笼 ,用水泥砂浆灌注成桩。树根桩具备对原建筑物影响小、所需施工场地较小、施工方便、可用于不同类型土层 ,施工中不干扰建筑物正常使用等优点 。
For two buildings which situated on the founation of lower load-bearing capacity,and already showing unbalancing subsidence carry out foundation alternate with root pile,make fountation conbine with root pile into one body,there are good effects of construction.In the construction,based on the informations of original building,fix up pile hole along axis of building and set steel reinforcement cage,and grout into pile with cement and sand.Root pile has many merits,such as small influence for oiginal building,small construction site,operation conveniently,can be applied in the similar foundation soil,normal use of building not be disturbed during construction and so on.There are wide prospect of application in the ground stabilization and shallow foundation alternate of loose strata under shallow foundation in southern China.
