摘要
本文详细地研究了通氧热压烧结参数(T,P,t)对KTN铁电陶瓷密度的影响,获得优化烧结条件;制备出密度为理论值的98.4%,电阻率为10^(12)Ω·cm的KTN陶瓷.对KTN陶瓷的介电性能和热释电系数测量表明:成份为x=0.5和0.6的样品在室温范围内,介电常数为2000,介电损耗tanδ=0.002,热释电系数λ=2×10^(-8)coul/cm^2K.该陶瓷材料可用于制作热释电探测器.
In this paper, a better sintering condition is obtained by studying different effects of hot-pressing parameters,such as T. P. ton the density The KTN ferroelectric ceramics with high density (98.4% of the theoretical density) and high resistivity (1012. cm),is prepared. The dielectric behaviors and pyroelectric coefficient are measured. The result of measurement shows some of ceramics, such as x=0.5 amd 0.6, exhibit dielectric constant ε = 2000,low dielectric loss tanδ = 0.002, high pyrelectric coeffient λ= 2×10-8 coul/cm2k. The ceramics will be available as the pyroelectric detector materials.
