摘要
目的 考察Procera铝瓷核表面烧结长石质饰面瓷形成双层瓷贴面前后的颜色变化。方法 应用自凝树脂和着色材料制作模仿变色牙灰色的底质 ,15个氧化铝圆盘随机分为 3个组 ,每组 5个标本 ,分别烧A1、A2、B4 3种颜色的长石质陶瓷 ,应用美能达CR 32 1色度仪测量底质上氧化铝圆盘烧结长石质饰面瓷前后的颜色变化 ,并以白色背景作为对照。结果 烧结长石质饰面瓷后颜色变化差异存在显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,加入Al、A2、B4饰面瓷后 ,△E从A1(2 .311)、A2 (4.313)到B4 (8.778)逐渐增加 ;△L 从A1(- 1.5 30 )、A2 (- 3.36 9)到B4 (- 3.35 8)逐渐减小 ;△b 从A1(- 1.4 4 0 )、A2 (2 .198)到B4 (7.95 5 )逐渐增加 ,颜色变化方向与已往报道一致并受背景颜色的影响。
Objective To evaluate the resulting color of veneers affected by adding a layer of veneering porcelain on Procera aluminium oxide core. Methods Fifteen aluminium oxide disks were randomized into three groups. Each of five disks was veneered with porcelain of the Vita shade Al, A2 and B4 respectively. The color of the substrate covered with non veneered disks and the veneered disks was measured separately and the color differences were calculated. Results Statistically significant differences ( P< 0 01) in color coordinates of dark substrate were recorded between the substrate covered by an aluminium oxide disks and the addition of veneering porcelain to aluminium oxide disks. Mean coordinates color difference (△E, △L *,△a *, △b *) after adding the three shades of veneering porcelain showed increase from Al (2 311) to A2 (4 313) to B4 (8 778) in △E, decrease from Al (-1 530) to A2 (-3 369) and B4 (-3 358) in △L *, and increase from Al (-1 440) to A2 (2 198) to B4 (7 955) in △b *. The direction of the color modification correlated with values obtained from the liberation. The resulting color was also affected by the color of the underlying structure. Conclusion This study illustrates that color of aluminium oxide shell could be modified with feldspathic veneering porcelain , which may be used by practitioners to alter the esthetic outcome of porcelain veneers.
