The Change of Serum Myocardial Enzyme When Babies Have Infantial Axphyxia

目的 探讨新生儿窒息后心肌酶谱的变化。方法 对 44例新生儿窒息者与 2 1例无窒息新生儿血清 AST、L DH、CK、CK- MB进行对照检测。结果 新生儿窒息时心肌酶谱明显增高 ,并与窒息程度成正比。有非常显著差异。结论 心肌酶及其同功酶活性定量测定可作为围产期窒息后心肌损害的早期、灵敏。

Purpose To explore the changes of myocardial enzyme after infantial axphyxia.Methods The comparisons were made between 44 patients with infantial axphyxia (IA group) and 21 without infantial axphyxia (WIA group) on their serum AST, LDH, CK, CK-MB.Results The magnitude of myocardial enzyme for infantial axphyxia patients was markedly higher and was positively correlated with the degree of patients'axphyxia.The differences between the IA and WIA groups on the above-mentioned measures were significant.Conclusion Measures of myocardial enzyme and activity of isoenzyme may be used as one of the important criteria for an early diagnosis of myocardial impairments including its lack of flexibility and specificity after infantial axphyxia occurs.
