Acidification of calcium bilirubinate is one of the key procedures in extracting bilirubin from the big bile. Whether acidif ications completes depends on the selected acidulated conditions to a large extent. Acidific-tion of bilirubinate is studied under the different temperatures,the different kinds acids and so.The most suitable acidulated condition is given in this paper.
