红斑汤治疗系统性红斑狼疮30例临床研究

Clinical study on treatment of 30 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus with Hong Ban Decoction

运用红斑汤治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)30例,与同期以强的松为主治疗SLE 30例对照。治疗组临床症状显著改善,显示红斑汤在消除蛋白尿、改善血象及减少并发症等方面优于对照组。提示红斑场具有抗血管炎、调节异常免疫功能和减少炎性渗出物等药理作用。半年总有效率治疗组为93.33％,对照组为86.67％,两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。3年随访,治疗组总有效率(87.5％)明显高于对照组(58.62％)(P<0.05)。提示红斑汤治疗SLE近期疗效与强的松相似,远期疗效优于强的松。 @红斑狼疮;;系统性/中医药疗法;;

30 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) were treated with Hong Ban Decoction and other 30 cases were mainly treated with predisone as controls. Hong Ban Decoction in eliminating proteinuria, improving blood picture and serositis, and reducing complications was superior to the control group, suggesting that Hong Ban Decoction has such pharmacologic actions as anti - vasculitis, regulating abnormal immunological function and decreasing inflammatory exudate. The total effective rate for a half year was 93. 33% in the treatment group and 86. 67% in the control group with no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0. 05). Three years later, the total effective rate (87. 5%) in the treatment group was superior to that (58. 62%) in the control group (P < 0. 05). It is suggested that the therapeutic effect of Hong Ban Decoction is better than predisone in the long -term effect.
