超声导向射频消融治疗肝肿瘤

摘要 由于射频电极的不断改进,使单次射频消融覆盖范围大大增加;同时由于射频消融治疗肝肿瘤具有损伤小、病人痛苦小、并发症少的特点,因此,病人可在清醒状态下及门诊接受射频消融治疗,并可重复多次治疗;射频消融的疗效可由多种影像学方法监测及动态跟踪评估。所以射频消融对肝脏小肿瘤的治疗具有广阔前景。但其单次射频消融覆盖范围仍有一定限制,改进射频技术和使用方法以提高疗效是当前研究的主要方向。 By virtue of the improvement on electrode, which leads to increase the volume of coagulation necrosis by radiofrequency ablation in one session. Radiofrequency ablation may be an effective therapeutic method to small liver neoplasm, owing to it has the benefits including: minimal invasion, little pain, reduced complication, the ability to perform in outpatient and dynamic followed and assessed by several imaging techniques, repeat treatment. It should be studied how to increase coagulation necrosis by improving the technique of radiofrequency ablation.
