摘要
采用 8个基因型 ,4个剂量的裂区试验 ,对新型化学杂交剂GENESIS完全诱导小麦雄性不育时的人工饱和授粉结实率、农艺性状表现、种子发芽势和发芽率进行了比较研究。结果表明 :3.0kg/hm2 、5 .0kg/hm2 剂量的雄性不育率达到或接近 10 0 %时 ,人工饱和授粉最高结实率分别为 84 .72 %、6 6 .71% ,前者超对照 11.13% ,后者与对照相近 ,但较 3.0kg/hm2 减少 11.4 8%。GENESIS对小麦抽穗期和株高没有不良效应 ;5 .0kg/hm2 时千粒重较对照减少1.1g;籽粒的发芽势、发芽率和产量明显低于对照 。
Artificial pollinating fertility (APF),agronomic characters,germinating potential and germinating rate of seed were studied when complete induced male sterility was obtained with GENESIS treatment,using 8 genotype and 4 rates with Split-plot Design experiment in 1998~1999.The results indicated that when the male sterility rates are 3.0 kg/hm 2 and 5.0 kg/hm 2 they are up to or nearly 100%,the APF is up to 84.72% and 66.71% respectively,the former surpassed the control by 11.13%,the latter is very close to that of the control,but the APF of 5.0 kg/hm 2 is reduced by 11.48% compared with the APF of 3.0 kg/hm 2.GENESIS has not significant side effects on the heading stage and plant height;when plants are treated with GENESIS of 5.0 kg/hm 2 the 1000-kenel weight is reduced by 1.1g;the germinating potential and the germinating rate of seed,the grain yield are boviously lower than the control,and the difference is significant,it indicates that GENESIS has certain effect on the growth and development of seed.
