糖尿病患者血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p、CD63表达及其临床意义

Platelet membrane glucoprotein CD62p,CD63 expression and their clinicalsignificance in patients with diabetes mellitus

目的 观察 2型糖尿病患者血小板膜糖蛋白CD62 p、CD63的变化及其临床意义。 方法 全血和单克隆抗体直接免疫荧光标记 ,应用流式细胞仪 (FCM )观察 44例 2型糖尿病患者及 10例正常人血小板膜糖蛋白CD62 p、CD63的阳性表达率 ,用血小板聚集仪测定血小板最大聚集率 (PAgR )。 结果 FCM测得的血小板膜糖蛋白CD62 p、CD63的表达阳性率 ,糖尿病组明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,糖尿病伴血管病变组明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,有血管病变组明显高于无血管病变组 (P <0 0 1) ;PAgR ,糖尿病组高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;糖尿病组PAgR与CD62 p和CD63阳性表达率呈显著正相关r1=0 3 82 ,r2 =0 3 2 9,P均 <0 0 5。结论 血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p。

Objective To investigate the changes of plateletmembrane glucoprotein CD62p,CD63 expression and their clinical significance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 44 type 2 diabetic patients and 10 normal individuals entered this study .The platelet membraneglucoprotein CD62p,CD63 expression were analyzed by flow cytometric immunoflurescence (FCM).Results The positive rates of CD62p+and CD63+in type 2 diabetes mellitus were 15 8±8 7% and 3 3±2 5% respectively ,significantly higher than those in control group (P<0 01);The positive rates of platelet membrane glucoprotein CD62p+and CD63+expression in type 2diabetic patients with vascular disease were 18 1±9 9%and 4 0±3 2%respectively, significantly higher than those of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients without vascular disease( P <0 01).Positive correlation was found between the platelet aggregation rate and the positive rate of platelet membrane glucoprotein CD62p+,CD63+expression (rl=0 382,r2=0 329,P<0 05)?Conclusion The measurements of the platelet membrane glucoprotein CD62p+,CD63+and the platelet aggregation rate have very important .Value for indicating the platelet activation and vascular disease in patients type 2 diabets mellitus.
